We have learnt that anything is possible when embracing conditions for growth and innovation, but how do we actually get there as an organisation? To understand this we must start implementing your foundation learning.

This Module is set out a little different. It features a 40 minute summary video of the 2019 best seller 'Culture Code' by Daniel Coyle.

This is followed by a key learnings summary, consolidating the key concepts learnt through the first half of the course.

Then, you will be provided with the opportunity to begin your journey to 'crack your culture code', starting with some of those systemic tension points.
