In this lesson we continue exploring the sociological underpinnings of universal culture. We will focus in on the next 2 universal pillars that will assist us to not only understand better what needs to considered in culture design, but also further into the seminar, enable us to explore what opportunities may exist, to influence culture transformation.  

 The theme this lesson is about exploring aspects of culture in how they give us a sense of belonging. We draw attention to the flaws with the current discourse on 'inclusion' and, how a shift to 'belonging' is integral to transformative outcomes. We really start to unpack the distinctions that create unity amongst diverse individuals creating unique group culture. Not only exploring what this looks like, but also expanding our minds to embrace these 'cultural' diversities as we can recognise them in our own workplace setting.
