In this Module we explore the relationship between people & business sustainability.
Revisiting the concepts of innovation, fear and vulnerability introduced in the first half of this training, we uncover how embracing the latter is integral to sustainability and growth. Building on Module 10, we begin to explore the alignment aspect from the top integrating into bottom up people engagement, integral to optimising meaning for your people and business sustainability and growth.
Module 11 & 12 have a higher 'passive' learning component, meaning we cover more information to enable the introduction of new theories and frameworks.
You may recall 'pay it forward' introduced at the beginning of the course. In this Module you will find a shareable link with learning from one of your cinema experiences, to enable you to pass on to others in your workplace if you feel this might be beneficial. Knowledge is the gateway to unleashing potential and transformative change requires a collective genius.
