Welcome to Session 3 where we begin to introduce you to the fundamentals of 'brain' science, to understand people related complexities within the workplace setting.
This helps us understand 'why' people behave the way they do.
This Lesson gives you the foundational knowledge to understand what motivates people's behaviour and shapes their experience.
This Module is also where we introduce our case study issue 'workplace bullying' to support applied learning to the real scenarios as we delve deeper into systemic organisational challenges.
This will lead to the opportunity to pick your own systemic challenge which we will help you to unpack, explore and address throughout the duration of this course.
This Module is presented in 2 parts and 2 activities. Please note that we have been experiencing some technical issues with the presented order not occurring correctly. We are working on addressing this, however, for your reference this is the correct order to complete your learning for this Module:
Delving Deeper Part 1: The Why Activity: Selecting my Case Study Delving Deeper Part 2: Neuropsychology and Behaviour Activity: Locating Survival/Ego Driven Behaviour
