Over these two days together our mission is to get to know each other and become united as the Rangatahi Project CREW, a part of this is defining our mission - what we are seeking to achieve as a CREW
You are the caretakers for Stage 1 of the Rangatahi Project which will involve 3 stages over the next year...
We have already started covering what the CREW's purpose is and explored thinking about the current challenges in the youth space from a systems lens... and being the growth mindset oriented bunch we are we learnt that it was hard to focus on just the challenges, so we didn't! In our initial discussions we explored quite a bit of stuff and captured our thoughts in the fishbowl to unpack further today...
Oh and we also learned the 2 things needed for a group to reach their potential in achieving a goal - which are...
