This course will take you on a journey to explore the neuroscience behind behaviour and group performance and how this relates to the 3 unity conditions to building thriving teams. You will also uncover the 7 sociological culture pillars, the 'secret sauce' ingredients to building a strong sense of belonging and commitment in teams.
